Well...I hope you like this as much as I do...it's so fun seeing a vision come to life and while I was waiting for a vinyl shipment I had this vision for a week! This is a 12" x 12" tile (approximately) on a black iron stand. This is a great decorative piece and serves a second function as a recipe holder. It's perfect for a one-of-a-kind birthday, anniversary or housewarming gift. Use one of my existing phrases or I can custom design what you need.
